Certificate or Diploma in Culinary Arts, Food Production, or related field.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in banqueting, events, or highvolume food production, preferably in a four or fivestar hotel.
Strong food preparation, presentation, and hygiene skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict timelines.
Good leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Prepare and present food for meetings, conferences, and banquets.
Supervise kitchen section and guide junior team members.
Maintain recipe, portion, and presentation standards.
Coordinate with Banqueting, Events, and Service teams.
Support event preparation, buffet setup, and replenishment.
Monitor quality, stock, wastage, hygiene, and food safety.
