Develop and implement procurement strategy aligned with organisational objectives
Coordinate annual procurement planning with Finance and departments
Ensure procurement decisions adhere to valueformoney principles

Oversee endtoend procurement processes and inventory reconciliation
Ensure compliance with procurement policy, funder regulations, and laws

Person Specifications
Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
Master’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Economics, or related field (advantage)Professional Qualifications
CPSPK certification and valid registration with KISM, or internationally recognised qualifications (MCIPS, CPSM)Experience
Minimum 7 years’ procurement experience, 5 years in managerial role
Strong understanding of procurement law, compliance, and ERP systems
Experience delivering measurable savings and managing complex contracts
