Align Human Capital initiatives with organisational objectives
Advise leaders on peoplerelated decisions and operational implementation
Stay current with HR trends and best practices to drive agility and adaptabilityOrganisational Development & Workforce Planning
Review structures, workloads, competencies, and role requirements
Align staffing plans with funding and identify capacity gapsPerformance Management & Talent Development
Support managers in setting objectives, conducting reviews, and addressing underperformance
Link performance findings to learning, career development, succession, and rewardOrganisational Change & Employment Transitions
Implement HC actions in organisational change and transition plans
Coordinate consultation, communication, and transition queriesReward & Remuneration
Support design and implementation of Total Rewards and Recognition programmes
Conduct salary reviews, pay equity analysis, and prepare recommendations
Support job evaluation, grading, and promotion framework implementation
Coordinate payroll inputs and validate records with FinancePolicy & Compliance
Design and oversee employee relations policies aligned with legal requirements
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
Develop and implement HC policies and procedures

Person Specifications
Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field (Master’s degree an advantage)Professional Qualifications
HR professional qualification (HND/CHRP)
Membership with Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM)Experience
Minimum 7 years’ HR experience, including 2–3 years in advisory/business partnering role
Experience in organisational development, workforce planning, job evaluation, reward, performance management, and organisational changeKnowledge, Skills & Attributes
