Certificate or Diploma in Early Childhood Development Education (ECDE).
Minimum five (5) years of experience supporting early-years learning.
Demonstrated classroom management skills.
Proven understanding and application of child safeguarding practices.

TSC registration is mandatory for TSC-regulated teaching positions.
Demonstrated digital literacy skills.
Strong communication skills in both English and Kiswahili.
Familiarity with the Competency-Based Education (CBE) curriculum.
Strong commitment to safeguarding and child protection principles.
Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
Adaptability and willingness to embrace educational change and innovation.
