Bachelor’s Degree in Education.
Valid TSC registration.
Minimum seven (7) years of teaching experience.
At least two (2) years of experience in academic leadership.
Demonstrated ability to lead Competency-Based Education (CBE) implementation.
Experience in managing assessments, instructional coaching and academic improvement initiatives at the relevant educational level.General Requirements | Teaching Roles

TSC registration is mandatory for TSC-regulated teaching positions.
Demonstrated digital literacy skills.
Strong communication skills in both English and Kiswahili.
Familiarity with the Competency-Based Education (CBE) curriculum.
Strong commitment to safeguarding and child protection principles.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Adaptability and willingness to embrace change.
