Key Responsibilities Design, develop, execute and maintain comprehensive test cases. Create and maintain automated testing scripts. Perform functional, integration, load and performance testing. Log, track, analyse and verify software defects. Identify gaps in acceptance criteria and assist with user acceptance testing. Validate user stories against functional and technical requirements. Analyse business requirements and end-to-end application workflows. Collaborate with developers, analysts and DevOps teams to resolve defects. Support troubleshooting and application testing during system upgrades. Participate in Agile ceremonies and continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure software solutions meet agreed quality standards and business requirements. Minimum Requirements Minimum 3 years' experience in Software Testing, Quality Assurance or Test Analysis. IT Degree or Diploma. Strong experience in Test Case Design and Execution. Practical experience in Automation Testing. Experience with Integration Testing. Knowledge of Load and Performance Testing. Strong SQL and database experience. Experience with Jira and Confluence. Understanding of SDLC methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, Kanban or XP. Experience working with Java and Angular applications. Knowledge of testing methodologies, frameworks and tools. Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Exposure to AI-assisted software development tools, such as GitHub Copilot. Understanding of secure coding practices and responsible AI principles. Advantageous Skills Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) concepts. Familiarity with AI orchestration frameworks. Understanding of AI evaluation and guardrails. Data modelling and data visualisation. Data manipulation and transformation. Understanding of Java and Angular application architecture. Log analysis and application troubleshooting.
