Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and manage a team of Senior Sales Executives to achieve sales and business growth targets.
  • Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies to maximize market penetration and revenue generation.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and improve team sales performance through regular coaching and performance reviews.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders within assigned territories.
  • Conduct regular field visits to support sales activities, identify opportunities, and assess market trends.
  • Drive customer acquisition and portfolio growth across assigned locations.
  • Analyze market intelligence, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing and Product, to ensure alignment on campaigns and product offerings.
  • Prepare and submit periodic sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years' sales experience, with at least 2 years in a team leadership or supervisory role.
  • Proven experience managing field sales teams and delivering sales targets.
  • Experience in financial services, lending, fintech, or related industries will be an added advantage.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
