REQUIREMENTS Matric Building or QS-related qualification advantageous Costing, estimating, tendering or quoting experience, ideally in building, tiles, flooring or kitchens advantageous Exceptional attention to detail and a very high level of accuracy. Clear, professional verbal and written communication in English, with the confidence to communicate with customers, suppliers and the team Strong maths ability Confidence working from plans, drawings and specifications Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills (lookups, formulas, pivot tables) Well organized, with strong admin and computer skills DUTIES Prepare accurate costings, tenders and quotations from plans, site measurements or supplied quantities, including take-offs and manufacturing quotes Apply GP and margin rules across product categories Review every quote as a whole before it leaves the business Own our product information: naming, coding and maintaining products from multiple suppliers, and helping move it into our new system Verify information from colleagues before it's used, and manage stock reservations Initially, also support the front end: sales inbox, samples and customer communication during quoting Salary: R negotiable dependent on experience Join us on SOCIAL MEDIA or visit our WEBSITE for more information.
