PS Kenya is seeking a highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented professional to support grants, sub-award, budgeting, and compliance management.

Key Responsibilities

Lead financial and grants management for subrecipients, including budgeting, internal controls, and compliance.
Review and develop budgets for proposals, awards, and budget realignments in line with donor requirements.
Manage sub-awards from due diligence and negotiation through approvals, payments, and close-out.
Monitor subrecipient finances through reviews of reports, invoices, advances, and financial monitoring plans.
Track audits and corrective actions while maintaining accurate grant records.
Provide training and technical support to strengthen subrecipient capacity and grants management systems.
