Ownership mentality proactively spots when a campaign isn\'t working and course-corrects rather than waiting to be told. Comfortable balancing creative ambition with budget and regulatory realities. Motivated by impact sees Lydia IUD and Progesta uptake as directly tied to expanding women\'s contraceptive choice, not just as a sales number. Working Style Organized and deadline-driven juggles multiple campaigns and channel partners without dropping quality. Adaptable comfortable pivoting a campaign approach based on field feedback, budget shifts, or regulatory input.
