Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Attend to customer enquiries and provide excellent service.
• Handle cash deposits, withdrawals, transfers and other banking transactions.
• Maintain accurate customer transaction records.
• Ensure compliance with banking policies and regulatory procedures.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Identify opportunities to promote relevant banking products and services.

Requirements

• Minimum of HND Upper Credit.
• Candidates must not be more than 26 years old.
• Must have completed the NYSC programme.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Good numerical and analytical skills.
• Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
