Responsibilities
Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
Attend to customer enquiries and provide excellent service.
Handle cash deposits, withdrawals, transfers and other banking transactions.
Maintain accurate customer transaction records.
Ensure compliance with banking policies and regulatory procedures.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Identify opportunities to promote relevant banking products and services.
Requirements
Minimum of HND Upper Credit.
Candidates must not be more than 26 years old.
Must have completed the NYSC programme.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service orientation.
Good numerical and analytical skills.
Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
