Requirements: A National Senior Certificate/Grade 12/Matric or NQF level 4 as recognised by the South African Qualifications Authority [SAQA]. Call Centre qualification will be an added advantage. Willingness to do after-hours work and be on call including shift work. Computer literacy including MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Literacy in virtual meeting platforms. Knowledge And Skills: Knowledge or understanding Batho Pele Principles. Telephone etiquette. Good communication, presentation, interpersonal relations and report writing skills. Computer Literacy.
Duties: Receive and direct telephone calls. Make calls and keep records. Note down and transmit messages. Report faulty lines for repairs.
