Knowledge of procurement processes, systems and MS Office.
Manage end-to-end IT procurement and sourcing.
Source suppliers, obtain quotations and negotiate contracts.
Maintain supplier relationships and monitor performance.
Manage contracts, licences and renewals.
Monitor budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Ensure purchases meet business and technical needs.
Process purchase orders and track deliveries.
Maintain procurement records and documentation.
Prepare reports and ensure procurement compliance.
Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
