Role: Technology Adoption & Change Manager

Are you passionate about helping people embrace technology and driving meaningful business transformation? We are looking for a Technology Adoption & Change Manager to lead change management and user adoption initiatives that maximise the value of technology investments across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute change management strategies that drive technology adoption and minimise resistance.
• Lead stakeholder engagement, communication, and user enablement initiatives.
• Design and deliver training programmes, awareness campaigns, and adoption plans for digital solutions.
• Track adoption, utilisation, and benefits realisation metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Partner with business leaders, project teams, and key stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and sustained adoption of technology initiatives.
• Support knowledge management, user communities, and continuous improvement programmes.
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years' experience in Change Management, Technology Adoption, Business Transformation, User Enablement, or a related role.
• Proven experience supporting digital transformation and technology implementation projects.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and training skills.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, collaboration platforms, and enterprise technology environments is an advantage.
• Relevant certifications such as Prosci, PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, ITIL, or CBAP will be an added advantage.
