Qualifications, Skills and Experience

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent technical qualification.
• Proven experience in technical support or engineering services, preferably involving engineering parts/components.
• Strong understanding of mechanical and/or electromechanical components and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read technical drawings, specifications, and manuals.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, organizational, and customer-service skills.
• ERP/technical CRM experience and knowledge of ISO or quality management systems will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders on engineering parts and components.
• Troubleshoot product issues and recommend suitable parts or alternatives based on customer needs.
• Work with engineering and product teams to maintain accurate product information and technical documentation.
• Support pre-sales and post-sales activities, product training, and launches
• Coordinate with logistics and procurement to ensure timely delivery and replacement of parts.
• Escalate and follow up on unresolved technical issues through to closure.
