Job Title: Technical Support Officer - Victoria Travels Ride
Location: Makurdi, Benue
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical and operational support to riders and customers.
Handle issues relating to the ride-hailing platform, rider accounts, bookings, and trip activities,
Troubleshoot basic application and connectivity issues.
Monitor and escalate technical issues affecting ride operations, Support smooth daily operation of the VT Ride operations.
Basic Requirements
OND, HND, B.Sc Degree in ICT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
Good knowledge of smartphones, mobile applications, and basic troubleshooting.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Ability to respond to operational issues promptly.
Experience with ride-hailing, logistics, or technology platforms is an advantage.
