Overview
We’re looking for experienced Technical Officers who can handle commercial and industrial solar projects.
The ideal candidate has hands on experience working on C&I systems and minigrids.
You should be comfortable working on-site, troubleshooting and ensuring projects meet safety and performance standards.
Key Responsibilities
Install, commission and maintain solar PV systems
Carry out minigrid installations, testing and ongoing technical support
Conduct site assessments and prepare technical reports
Troubleshoot system faults and provide prompt solutions
Work with the project team to ensure installations meet quality, safety and compliance requirements
Support client training and handover processes after commissioning
Keep accurate documentation for all installations and service activities
Requirements
OND/HND/BSc in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy or a related field
Proven experience in C&I solar installation and engineering
Experience working on minigrid projects
Good understanding of electrical systems, safety standards and installation best practices
Strong problem solving and field troubleshooting skills
COREN certification is an added advantage
