Key Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate training programmes.
Develop training materials and facilitate learning sessions.
Evaluate training effectiveness and prepare reports.
Maintain technical training records and documentation.
Requirements
Minimum of HND in Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in training, technical instruction, or Learning & Development.
Strong presentation, communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Remuneration N200,000 Monthly.
