Job Summary

The Team Lead, Tailored Learning Solutions is responsible for driving revenue growth through the design, commercialization, and delivery of customized learning solutions that address client-specific business, leadership, and capability development needs.
The role leads client engagement, solution design, programme delivery, and business development initiatives while positioning the organization as a trusted learning partner across the financial and non-financial sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Tailored Learning Solutions:

Lead training needs assessments and competency gap analyses for clients.
Design, develop, and deliver customized learning interventions aligned with client business objectives.
Develop industry-relevant learning curricula, case studies, and capability-building solutions.

Academy & Certification Programmes:

Drive the development and growth of the organization Academy offerings and tailored certification programmes.
Ensure programmes remain aligned with industry trends, regulatory developments, and emerging skills requirements.

Business Development & Revenue Growth:

Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities.
Prepare proposals, learning solutions, and client presentations.
Drive client acquisition, retention, and revenue generation across target sectors.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and manage strategic client relationships.
Serve as a trusted advisor on learning, talent, and capability development solutions.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business.

Programme Delivery & Impact Measurement:

Monitor learning outcomes, business impact, and return on learning investment.
Oversee end-to-end programme execution and quality assurance
Lead faculty, facilitators, and subject matter experts to deliver exceptional learner experiences.

Key Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, Economics, Education, Social Sciences, or related discipline. M.Scdegree an added advantage
PMP, CIPD, CIPM, SHRM, ACIB, ACCA, or related professional certification is an advantage
6 - 8 years' experience in Learning & Development, Consulting, Talent Development, Corporate Training, or Business Development
Instructional Design, Curriculum Design & Development, Training Needs Analysis, Consulting, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, learning technologies, and business analytics tools.
