Our client is looking for a Team Lead to oversee and support in achieving business targets while ensuring effective team performance, operational efficiency, quality standards, and excellent customer service.
Core Duties and Responsibilities
Oversee daily team operations, ensuring productivity targets and service standards are consistently achieved.
Drive sales and client acquisition by identifying new business opportunities and engaging prospective clients.
Monitor team performance, productivity, quality, attendance, and operational KPIs, taking corrective action where required.
Coordinate task allocation and team coverage to ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations.
Identify performance gaps and implement appropriate action plans to improve individual and team results.
Manage customer and operational escalations, coordinating with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.
Prepare and share regular performance reports, highlighting key results, operational challenges, risks, and areas requiring management attention.
Analyse sales and operational performance to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, efficiency, accuracy, and service quality.
Support the implementation of new initiatives, processes, and business requirements within the team.
Perform any other duties reasonably assigned by management.
Job Specifications and Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 3 years of sales experience, preferably with team leadership or supervisory experience.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs.
Demonstrated ability to coach, motivate, and manage a sales team.
