What You'll Do

• Build and maintain high-quality talent pipelines.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Boolean Search, and other sourcing platforms.
• Identify and engage passive candidates.
• Conduct talent mapping and market research.
• Partner with recruiters to support high-volume and hard-to-fill roles.
• Maintain accurate ATS records and candidate tracking.
• Meet sourcing targets and contribute to recruitment goals.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.

What We're Looking For

• 2+years of experience in Talent Sourcing or Talent Acquisition.
• Proven experience building candidate pipelines independently.
• Strong experience using sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and ATS systems.
• Advanced Boolean Search and sourcing methodology skills.
• Experience sourcing for high-volume recruitment environments.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong commercial mindset and results-driven attitude.
• Highly proactive, energetic, and self-motivated professional.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
