Role Description

The Talent Acquisition & Engagement Executive is a full-time, hybrid role based in Port-Harcourt, Rivers State, Nigeria, with flexibility for some work-from-home.

The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates for various roles across the Group.

Daily responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers to understand talent needs, maintaining talent pipelines, and coordinating a positive candidate experience.

The role also focuses on employer branding, designing and executing talent engagement initiatives, and supporting onboarding to ensure new team members are integrated successfully. The TAE executive will track recruitment and engagement metrics, prepare reports, and recommend improvements to talent acquisition and retention strategies.

Salary Budget: 380,000 - 430,000 Naira Net (monthly)

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Hiring and Recruiting skills, with experience managing end-to-end recruitment lifecycles.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and stakeholder management.
• Candidates should possess Employer Branding skills, with the ability to support campaigns that attract and retain talent.
• Candidates should possess IT Recruitment experience, with the ability to identify and engage technical and digital talent.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Experience in talent acquisition, HR, or people operations within financial services organisations is an advantage.
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple roles simultaneously.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS tools, and Microsoft Office or similar productivity tools.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment and maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
