T24 Application Support Officer Ãâ¢ã‚â€ã‚â“ Information Technology At Fast Credit Limited

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first- and second-level support for the Temenos T24 Core Banking Application.
• Investigate and resolve application incidents within agreed service levels.
• Support system configuration, testing, deployments, and upgrades.
• Monitor application performance and ensure system availability.
• Collaborate with business and technology teams to resolve application issues.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience supporting the Temenos T24 Core Banking System.
• Knowledge of SQL, UNIX/Linux, APIs, and core banking operations.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
