What you’ll bring:

4 years in business analysis, systems analysis, or configuration work
A degree in information systems, business analysis, finance, or similar or equivalent experience
Experience in financial services, lending, or collections
Confidence configuring system rules and strategies without breaking anything
A knack for testing, spotting bugs, and chasing them down to the root cause
Clear writing for documentation, specs, and release notes that people actually read
Knowledge of compliance requirements like NCA and POPIA
A calm, solutions-first attitude and a sharp eye for detail
