About the Role:

• The role supports the management of our IT infrastructure, network environment, and information security operations.

Requirements:

• Good technical knowledge of network infrastructure & administration, system administration, cybersecurity, and hardware devices.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting network infrastructure devices and resolving technical issues.
• Good understanding of network services, common networking protocols, network monitoring, and documentation.
• Hands-on experience providing IES technical support within the insurance industry is an added advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and critical thinking.
• First Degree from a reputable higher institution.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.
• Professional certification is an added advantage (Cisco Certified Network Associate, Fortinet Certification, Certified Network Computer Technician, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, Microsoft Certified Administrator, Microsoft Certified Solution Architect).
