Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement annual HR strategy and work plan.

Lead workforce planning, staffing and recruitment processes.

Develop and implement effective recruitment and selection procedures.

Lead performance management, objective setting, reviews and improvement plans.

Manage disciplinary and grievance processes in line with employment law and company policies.

Develop HR dashboards covering headcount, turnover, attendance, payroll costs and other metrics.

Conduct training needs assessments and coordinate learning and development programmes.

Develop and review HR policies and procedures.

Ensure compliance with Kenyan employment legislation and regulatory requirements.

Strengthen employee engagement and organisational culture.

Promote teamwork, accountability, professionalism and effective communication.Qualifications & Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or Industrial Relations.

Professional qualification/membership with IHRM an advantage.

Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field an added advantage.

At least 5 years’ progressive HR experience, including 2+ years in managerial/senior HR role.

Healthcare sector experience highly desirable.

Strong knowledge of Kenyan employment legislation and HR best practices.
