Job Title: Supply Planning Executive - Nigeria

Role Description
The Supply Planning Executive-Nigeria is a full-time, on-site role based in Lagos State, Nigeria. This role is responsible for demand and supply planning across key product categories, ensuring optimal inventory levels and timely availability of materials and finished goods.
The Supply Planning Executive will collaborate with procurement, manufacturing, sales, and logistics teams to develop supply plans, manage purchase orders, and monitor supplier performance.
Day-to-day activities include analyzing sales forecasts, tracking stock levels, identifying potential shortages or excesses, and recommending corrective actions.
The role also involves supporting continuous improvement in planning processes, maintaining accurate planning data, and preparing regular reports for stakeholders.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills for demand forecasting, inventory analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
Candidates should possess Purchasing and Procurement skills for managing orders, negotiating with suppliers, and optimizing material costs.
Candidates should possess Supply management skills for coordinating material flows, ensuring product availability, and supporting production planning.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or supply chain operations, preferably within Nigeria or West Africa.
Proficiency in MS Excel and planning tools; familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail, ability to work with deadlines, and commitment to ethical and inclusive workplace practices.
