To manage procurement and supply-chain operations, ensuring the timely, cost-effective and compliant sourcing, storage and distribution of goods and services that support hospital operations.
- Manage procurement processes from requisition to delivery, ensuring value and compliance.
- Source and evaluate suppliers and manage purchase orders and contracts.
- Manage inventory, storage and distribution to minimise stock-outs and wastage.
- Coordinate with pharmacy, laboratory and clinical departments on supply needs.
- Ensure facility procurement, sourcing and inventory workflows comply with procurement policies, standards and process guidance issued by the central / HQ supply-chain function.
- Maintain procurement records and support audit and compliance.

Experience with procurement and inventory systems
Experience in procurement, supply chain or inventory management. Experience managing suppliers, purchasing and stock.
Bachelor's degree or HND in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, Logistics or a related discipline. Completion of NYSC, or a valid exemption where applicable.
