About the Role
We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and results-oriented Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize the organization’s end-to-end supply chain operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for procurement, inventory management, logistics, supplier relationships, demand planning, and distribution while ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of goods and services.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
Oversee procurement, sourcing, logistics, warehousing, inventory, and distribution activities.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and service providers.
Lead supplier evaluation, selection, negotiation, and performance management.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability while minimizing holding costs.
Develop demand forecasts and coordinate supply planning to meet business requirements.
Oversee logistics and transportation operations to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.
Establish and monitor supply chain KPIs and performance standards.
Identify opportunities to reduce procurement, logistics, and operational costs.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies, contracts, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
Manage supply chain risks and develop appropriate contingency and mitigation plans.
Collaborate with finance, operations, sales, production, and other departments to improve supply chain efficiency.
Analyze supply chain data and prepare regular management reports.
Lead, mentor, and develop supply chain and logistics teams.
Drive continuous improvement, process optimization, and adoption of supply chain technology.
