Key responsibilities
Assess supermarket operations and recommend improvements.
Advise on inventory management, stock control, and merchandising.
Support the development of efficient processes and standard operating procedures.
Provide guidance on sales growth, customer service and profitability.
Identify operational gaps and recommend practical solutions.
Advise and support the supermarket team on retail best practices.
Requirements
Proven experience in supermarket management, retail operations or consulting.
Strong knowledge of inventory management, merchandising and customer service.
Excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to provide practical recommendations and work with a team.
