Job Summary

  • We are seeking a responsible and qualified Superintendent Pharmacist to oversee the professional and operational activities of the pharmacy.
  • The ideal candidate should be licensed to practise in Nigeria, responsible, organised, and committed to maintaining high standards of pharmaceutical care and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy and ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Dispense medications accurately and provide appropriate counselling to patients.
  • Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws, professional standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage medication inventory, including stock monitoring, ordering, storage, and expiry checks.
  • Maintain accurate pharmacy records, prescriptions, controlled-drug records, and other required documentation.
  • Supervise pharmacy staff and ensure proper professional conduct and customer service.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D) from a recognised institution.
  • Must be a registered and licensed Pharmacist in Nigeria with a valid practising licence.
  • Previous experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of dispensing, pharmaceutical care, inventory management, and regulatory requirements.
  • Good communication, leadership, organisational, and customer-service skills.
  • Must be responsible, reliable, and willing to work the required schedule.
