Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily detergent production activities.
Plan and monitor production schedules to ensure targets are achieved.
Supervise production staff and allocate duties effectively.
Monitor mixing, formulation, filling, packaging and storage processes.
Ensure products are manufactured according to approved formulations and quality standards.
Monitor raw material usage and minimize wastage.
Conduct production checks and coordinate with the Quality Control team.
Maintain accurate production records and prepare reports.
Ensure production machinery and equipment are properly operated and maintained.
Enforce workplace health, safety, hygiene and chemicalhandling procedures.
Identify production challenges and implement corrective measures.
Train and guide production employees on proper procedures.
Ensure compliance with company policies and manufacturing standards.Qualifications & Experience
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s (adsbygoogle=window.adsbygoogle||[]).push({});Degree in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related field.
Previous experience in detergent, soap, chemical, FMCG or related manufacturing highly preferred.
Proven experience supervising production teams.
Good understanding of chemical handling, formulation, quality control and manufacturing processes.
Knowledge of workplace health and safety procedures.
Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets.
Strong leadership, organizational, problemsolving and communication skills.
