The F&B Manager will lead the food and beverage operation to deliver excellent guest experiences, consistent quality and healthy margins. Key responsibilities Manage daily operations of the restaurant, bar, kitchen and banqueting/events. Plan menus and pricing with the kitchen; maintain food quality, portion and presentation standards. Control food and beverage costs, wastage, stock and inventory. Recruit, schedule, train and supervise F&B staff. Ensure food safety, hygiene and licensing compliance. Handle guest feedback and prepare sales and cost reports for the General Manager. Qualifications and experience Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Food & Beverage or related field. 3+ years in F&B supervision or management in a hotel or resort. Human Resource Manager Purpose A leading resort in Athi River with over 70 executive villas is looking to fill a manager role. The Human Resource Manager will manage people processes so the resort has a skilled, motivated and compliant workforce. Key responsibilities Lead recruitment, onboarding and induction of staff. Administer payroll inputs, leave, attendance and staff records. Ensure compliance with Kenyan labour law, NSSF, SHA, PAYE and other statutory requirements. Manage performance appraisals, training and staff development. Handle discipline, grievances and staff welfare fairly and confidentially. Maintain HR policies and report on headcount and staff costs to the General Manager. Qualifications and experience Degree or diploma in Human Resource Management; IHRM membership an advantage. 3+ years in HR, preferably in hospitality. Strong knowledge of Kenyan employment law, integrity and discretion. Terms 3 month’s probationary period 2 years renewable contracts subject to satisfactory performance Housing and food will be provided. Purchasing Manager Purpose A leading resort in Athi River with over 70 executive villas is looking to fill a manager role. The Purchasing Manager will manage and source quality goods and services at the best value and keep the resort well stocked. Key responsibilities Source, evaluate and negotiate with suppliers; maintain an approved supplier list. Process purchase requisitions and orders in line with approved budgets and authority limits. Receive goods, check quality and quantity, and reconcile with invoices. Coordinate with stores and departments to manage stock levels and avoid shortages and waste. Track prices, savings and supplier performance. Report on purchasing spend and stock to the General Manager. Qualifications and experience Diploma or degree in Procurement, Supply Chain or Business; CIPS/KISM an advantage. 3+ years in purchasing, preferably in hospitality. Strong negotiation, numeracy and record-keeping skills; high integrity. Terms 3 month’s probationary period 2 years renewable contracts subject to satisfactory performance Housing and food will be provided. Marketing Manager Purpose A leading resort in Athi River with over 70 executive villas is looking to fill a manager role. The Marketing Manager will manage and build the resort’s brand and drive bookings, events and repeat business. Key responsibilities Develop and run marketing plans and promotions for rooms, F&B, events and conferences. Manage the website, social media, email and online travel agent (OTA) listings. Build relationships with tour operators, corporate clients and event planners. Oversee photography, content, advertising and the resort’s online reputation and reviews. Track occupancy, bookings and campaign results; manage the marketing budget. Report on sales and marketing performance to the General Manager. Qualifications and experience Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications or Hospitality. 3+ years in marketing or sales, preferably in hotels or tourism. Strong digital marketing, writing and communication skills. Terms 3 month’s probationary period 2 years renewable contracts subject to satisfactory performance Basic salary Kshs 50,000 gross per month Housing and food will be provided.
