Communications and Marketing Associate Role Summary Supporting the development and execution of marketing and communications strategies. This role involves creating content, managing social media, assisting with events, and analyzing campaign performance, to enhance brand awareness and engage target audiences through various channels. Key Responsibilities Ensure that data protection measures are in place and strictly adhered to at all events. Lead on public facing marketing initiatives in consultation with the Line Manager. Lead the three sections to allocate three open days per year, per school and two careers day, with the key responsibilities of managing, planning and marketing being a key role. Working with AKS, Mombasa and occasionally the Aga Khan Academy Mombasa, to promote, support or be integrally involved in events hosted at the school i.e. sports or swimming galas. Admissions Officer Role Summary. The Admissions Officer is responsible for coordinating and supporting the student admissions and enrolment process from initial enquiry through to admission. The role involves engaging prospective families, providing accurate information about the school, coordinating admissions assessments, maintaining accurate and confidential student records, and supporting current and former students with transcripts and other academic documentation. The Admissions Officer will work closely with the Head Teacher, Deputy Head Teacher, and relevant curriculum and Learning Support personnel to ensure a professional, efficient, and responsive admissions experience. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Admissions and enrolment management: Maintaining the admissions pipeline, following up on applications, and supporting agreed enrolment targets.
