This is not a remote position. The Digital Concierge role is digital in function, but you will work full-time and on-site from the My Haire Concierge Studio in Lekki, Lagos. My Haire Concierge is a premium hair and scalp wellness studio in Lekki, Lagos, where every client relationship is handled with warmth, care and attention to detail, online and in the studio. Work Arrangement: On-site / Studio-based (not remote) Working Hours: 9am - 7pm Job Summary My Haire Concierge is looking for a digitally savvy, commercially minded and highly organised Digital Concierge to manage our digital client experience and support the journey from online enquiry to payment, booking, follow-up and repeat business. The Digital Concierge will be the primary point of contact for clients across WhatsApp, Instagram and other approved digital channels. This role goes well beyond managing social media: you will guide clients from their first message to a confirmed booking, look after them long after their visit, and keep our digital presence active and on-brand. Key Responsibilities Client enquiries, payments and conversion Manage WhatsApp, Instagram and online client enquiries Respond to clients promptly and professionally Understand client needs and recommend appropriate services and products Check appointment availability before requesting payment Communicate approved payment instructions Receive and verify payment evidence Send verified payment and client details to the Studio Concierge for formal booking Drive digital enquiry-to-payment conversion Support online service and product sales Client follow-up and retention Follow up warm leads Conduct post-service and rebooking follow-ups Manage subscription client follow-up Manage digital complaints and follow-up Maintain accurate digital client records Social media publishing Publish approved content across social media platforms Maintain an active and relevant Stories presence Manage the content calendar Publish studio content, promotions, services and announcements Support ambassador and influencer outreach Studio support and reporting Provide temporary front-desk coverage when the Studio Concierge is unavailable Complete required daily reports and checklists Requirements Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong customer service skills Strong WhatsApp and social media communication skills Sales and conversion ability Excellent follow-up discipline Strong attention to detail Confidence handling payment information Good computer and digital literacy Commercial awareness Strong organisational skills Professional communication style Reliable and punctual Strong ownership and accountability Experience in beauty, salon, hospitality, luxury retail, e-commerce, sales, customer experience or social media is an advantage.
