Coordinate implementation of SBS Learning & Development agenda.
Consolidate, monitor, and track L&D budget with timely reporting.
Maintain accurate training records for all staff.
Administer staff and dependents’ training requests.
Liaise with internal and external training providers.
Generate periodic reports on training uptake and impact. Onboarding, Integration, Reboarding & Offboarding
Onboarding, Integration, Reboarding & Offboarding
Develop, review, and update policies and tools for onboarding scenarios.
Manage offboarding processes including retirement, dismissal, resignation, death, and transfers. Staff Benefits Administration
Staff Benefits Administration
Coordinate administration of staff benefits with timely processing.
Manage bereavement support processes in line with guidelines.
Maintain benefits tracker and ensure documentation and approvals.
Provide guidance to staff on benefit eligibility and processes. Staff Medical Scheme Administration
Staff Medical Scheme Administration
Manage staff onboarding and offboarding on medical insurance scheme.
Liaise with insurance provider for inquiries and escalations.
Ensure accurate documentation of medical insurance changes.
Support audits and reconciliations of medical scheme membership. Compliance & Regulatory Support

Manage processing and renewal of work permits, special passes, and statutory documents.
Ensure compliance with immigration requirements and timelines.
Liaise with government offices and regulatory bodies.

Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Certification in HR Management (e.g., CHRPK).
Minimum 5 years’ progressive HR experience with focus on Talent Management.
Membership in a recognized HR professional body.
Experience in HR operations, benefits administration, or Learning & Development an advantage.
Strong knowledge of talent management practices including performance management, succession planning, employee engagement, and leadership development.
Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications. Key Competencies & Skills
