Job Summary

  • A reputable pharmaceutical company is seeking qualified and experienced candidates to fill the position of store officer.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods and materials.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels.
  • Issue stock and materials to authorized personnel.
  • Conduct periodic stock counts and inventory reconciliation.
  • Ensure proper storage and handling of pharmaceutical products.
  • Monitor stock movement and reort discrepancies or shortages.
  • Maintain a clean, oragnised and safe store environment.
  • Prepare stock and inventory reports as require.

Requirements

  • HND / B.Sc. in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or any related field with 1 - 3 years experience in storekeeping, inventory managemen, or a similar role.
  • Experience in a pharmaceutical company, manufacturing firm, or FMCG industry will be an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in microsoft Excel and inventory management systems.
  • Strong organizational, analytical,and record-keeping skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
