Summary

A reputable pharmaceutical manufacturing company is seeking a qualified and experienced store officer to join its team.

Responsibilties

Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods and materials.

Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels.

Issue stock and materials to authorized personnel.

Conduct periodic stock counts and inventory reconciliation.

Ensure proper storage and handling of pharmaceutical products

Monitor stock movements and report discrepancies or shortages.

Maintain a clean, organized and safe store environment.

Prepare stock and inventory reports as required.

Reqirements

HND / B.Sc in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics orany other related field.

1-3 years experience on storekeeping, inventory management, or a similar role.

Experience in a pharmaceutical company, manufacturing firm, or FMCG industry will be an added advantage.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems.

Strong organizational, analytical, and record-keeping skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
