Job Summary

  • The Store Officers will support day-to-day warehouse and inventory management activities, including receipt, storage, posting, issuance, documentation, and stock control of materials.
  • These roles will ensure timely SAP transactions, accurate inventory records, compliance with store procedures, and uninterrupted operational support across the Central Store and Workshop Store.

Job Roles (Duties & Responsibilities)

  • Receipt, storage, and issuance of materials.
  • SAP posting of inventory transactions.
  • Bin card maintenance and inventory record management.
  • Stock counting and reconciliation.
  • Housekeeping and safety management within the store.
  • Timely support to user departments through efficient material management.

Competecies Required (Qualification & Experience)

  • BSc or HND in any of the following: Business Administration & Management, Accounting, Purchasing & Supply, Mathematics, Management Technology, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, Automobile Engineering with minimum of one year of experience in Inventory & store operations.
  • Must have good Computer knowledge especially SAP ERP.
  • Strong data analytics and financial reporting skills.
  • Attention to Detail, Physical Stamina, Integrity, Time Management.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE Bachelor's Degree or HND in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related discipline. Minimum of 2 years' relevant experience in storekeeping, inventory management, warehouse operations, or a related role. Experience within the transport, logistics, fleet management, automotive, or workshop environment is an advantage. Experience managing spare parts, automotive components, tools, and consumables will be an added advantage. REQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES Good inventory and stock control skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good record-keeping and documentation skills. Ability to identify and reconcile stock discrepancies. Good knowledge of storekeeping and warehouse practices.
