We are seeking a Store Manager to join our team. This position involves leading the operations of our flagship store in Ghana, managing a dedicated sales team, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and driving business growth. The role requires a combination of retail leadership, operational management, and brand representation in a dynamic professional environment.
Missions:
Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team through recruitment, training, and ongoing coaching to achieve excellence in customer service and sales performance.
Develop and implement strategic plans to meet or surpass sales targets, analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Organize and oversee in-store promotions, events, and loyalty programs to enhance customer engagement and brand loyalty.
Ensure every customer receives personalized and outstanding service that reflects the core values of The Body Shop, handling escalations professionally when needed.
Manage store operations including inventory control, visual merchandising, compliance with company policies, and oversight of budgets, expenses, and profitability.
