Job Title: Store Manager

Description
Our client is looking for a well experienced and competent Store Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of the branch and ensure smooth business activities.
Supervise, coordinate, and motivate staff to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Drive sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.
Monitor stock levels, maintain accurate inventory records, and ensure proper accountability for store items.
Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally.
Monitor staff performance, attendance, and adherence to company policies.
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-presented store environment.
Prepare and submit regular sales, inventory, and operational reports to management.
Identify operational challenges and recommend solutions to improve branch performance.
Requirements
Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree in any relevant discipline.
2–4 years’ experience in store management, retail operations, or sales supervision.
Proven ability to lead a team and drive sales to meet monthly targets.
Strong sales, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Good knowledge of inventory management and record keeping.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is an advantage.
Must be organized, accountable, proactive, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
Previous experience in phone, gadget, accessories, or electronics retail is an added advantage.
Salary N100,000 monthly.
