Our client is seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee warehouse operations, inventory management, material availability, compliance, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily receipt, storage, issuance, and return of materials.
  • Oversee inventory using ERP/inventory management systems and maintain accurate records.
  • Coordinate with Procurement and Project teams to ensure timely material availability.
  • Develop and implement SOPs, workflows, and store procedures.
  • Maintain high standards of safety, housekeeping, organization, and compliance.
  • Lead, train, and supervise store assistants and warehouse staff.
  • Prepare stock reports, reconciliations, and audit documentation.

Requirements:

  • 5 - 10 years' experience in store/warehouse management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement & Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Experience in the meat industry and cold chain operations will be an added advantage.
