Managing the Daily Shipment plan, Outbound freight optimization, Export material dispatch, Inventory record accuracy in the warehouse, Management and control of all Third-Party logistics suppliers within the operation and Ensure full SQC adherence in warehousing and transport space.
Your responsibilities
Ensure daily shipment plan on a daily basis and tracking of pending/new orders
Processing, dispatch and documentation of all orders
Ensure daily tracking and update of all dispatched trucks
Ensure inventory management and coordination
Adhere to regulations, ensuring accurate documentation of goods received and dispatched.
Full Audit compliance (Quality - GDQM Global distribution manual and RB safety standards)
Maintain a standard of excellence for all products, satisfying both internal and external customer expectations.
The experience we're looking for
Minimum of OND preferably in Logistics, Engineering or other related fields.
Experience in Warehouse and freight management preferably in FMCG, Logistics.
Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), preferably JDE
Proven ability in inventory management, supply chain processes, and customer service.
