Job Description

• We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Stock & Inventory officer to oversee inventory operations and ensure accurate stock management.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records
• Track stock movement, receipts, transfers, and dispatches
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliations
• Identify stock discrepancies, losses, damages, and shortages
• Ensure proper storage and organisation of inventory
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment
• Prepare regular inventory and stock reports
• Implement effective inventory control procedures
• Ensure compliance with company stock management policies

Requirements

• Minimum of HND / B.Sc. in Accounting, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in stock/inventory management
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Excellent attention to detail and record-keeping ability
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems
• Ability to identify and resolve stock discrepancies
• Strong organisational and communication skills
