Job Title: STEM Graduate Trainee
Locations: Port Harcourt, Rivers and Ibadan, Oyo Employment Type: Full-time
Job Summary
Our client is seeking motivated and analytical STEM graduates to join their team as Graduate Trainees.
The ideal candidates should have a background in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics, demonstrate a willingness to learn, and possess strong problem-solving skills.
Preference will be given to candidates who attended polytechnics in Ibadan or Port Harcourt and currently reside in or around either location.
Key Responsibilities
Support technical and operational activities within assigned departments.
Assist with data collection, analysis, reporting, and documentation.
Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to workplace challenges.
Participate in training programmes and assigned projects.
Collaborate with team members to achieve organizational objectives.
Maintain accurate records and comply with established procedures.
Support process improvement initiatives and other assigned duties.
Requirements
Minimum of HND with Upper Credit in a relevant STEM discipline; candidates with higher qualifications are also welcome.
0–3 years of relevant work experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Willingness to learn, adapt, and work collaboratively.
Must be willing and available to work in Ibadan or Port Harcourt.
Preference for candidates who attended polytechnics in Ibadan or Port Harcourt and reside within or close to the respective locations.
