Responsibilities
Support implementation of APCA’s Advocacy Strategy and stakeholder engagement initiatives
Coordinate engagement with National Associations, including joint planning and technical support
Maintain and strengthen APCA’s relationships with national, regional, and international partners
Coordinate learning meetings, webinars, trainings, and communities of practice
Document and share lessons learned, best practices, and programme evidence
Develop stories of impact, case studies, advocacy briefs, and other knowledge products
Translate research and programme evidence into advocacy, policy, and learning outputs
Contribute to concept notes, proposals, work plans, budgets, reports, and donor accountabilities
Support programme coordination, partner followup, risk tracking, and timely delivery of outputsQualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Medicine, Nursing, Social Sciences, Development Studies, International Relations, Health (adsbygoogle=window.adsbygoogle||[]).push({});Programme Planning/Management, or related discipline
At least 4 years’ relevant professional experience, including 2 years in programme development, project planning, advocacy, partnerships, stakeholder engagement, education, or knowledge management
Experience working in the health sector in Africa
Professional proficiency in English and French, with strong written communication and reportwriting skills
Experience working with diverse teams and stakeholders across cultures and countries
Previous experience in palliative care or chronic care programming (advantageous)Key Competencies
