Specialist - Social Performance, Labour & Hse Advisory

Role Objective

• Provide advisory supporton occupational health and safety, labour practices, social risk management and stakeholder-related safeguards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct occupational health, safety and social performance assessments.
• Evaluate workplace safety systems, labour practices, contractor management and emergency preparedness.
• Assess stakeholder engagement, grievance mechanisms and community-related risks.
• Develop corrective-action plans and provide technical advice on HSE and social safeguards.
• Support infrastructure, industrial and corporate due diligence assignments.

Qualifications and Experience

• Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, Environmental Health, Social Sciences or a related discipline, with preferably 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrable knowledge of industrial HSE, labour compliance and relevant international safeguards.
• NEBOSH, ISO 45001 training and other recognised professional credentials are advantageous.
