Specialist - Regulatory Compliance & Standards Advisory

Role Objective

• Provide regulatory research, legal interpretation and standards advisory support across corporate, industrial, infrastructure and sustainability engagements.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare compliance obligations matrices and regulatory risk assessments.
• Review project-related legal requirements, permits and contractual compliance obligations.
• Interpret relevant national regulations and international standards.
• Support regulatory due diligence, standards alignment and compliance improvement programmes.
• Advise on contractual, confidentiality and information-governance considerations.

Qualifications and Experience

• LEB. and B.L. for a legal advisory appointment, with preferably 6+ years of experience in regulatory, corporate, environmental, infrastructure or compliance advisory.
• Professionals specialising in technical standards may be engaged separately where legal practice qualifications are not relevant to their assigned duties.
