Requirements:

• Proven practical experience in SPC flooring installation.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in SPC or similar interlocking flooring systems.
• Demonstrated ability to install SPC flooring independently with minimal supervision.
• Good knowledge of floor preparation, levelling requirements, and moisture-related installation considerations.
• Ability to read and interpret basic floor layouts, measurements, and installation specifications.
• Proficiency in using flooring installation tools, including measuring tapes, cutting machines, spacers, tapping blocks, and other relevant equipment.
• Experience installing skirting, transition profiles, and other flooring finishes.
• Knowledge of material handling, wastage control, and installation quality standards.
• Formal technical training in flooring, carpentry, or interior finishes will be an added advantage
